Growing up in an atmosphere where music was always present, Eric realized that he wanted to create his own.  Beginning with a drum kit, he progressed to bass guitar, then guitar.  The guitar has never left his hands since.

Eric has pursued all aspects of his instrument from electric rock, to jazz, acoustic, classical and everything in between.  During high school, he performed in several bands while attending a local university nights for music theory and classical guitar.  Upon finishing high school, he was able to enter a university music school with college credits already in hand.  Being an avid composer as well as performer, it was time to concentrate on original writing, which is where his long term goals really are.  Some of his original instrumentals have been selected for promotional use.

Eric has been fortunate to enjoy some great opportunities and perform on some great stages throughout the east coast.  Currently, he is still pursuing performance as a member of 2 bands, while also teaching guitar.  In his spare time he enjoys studio/session work and has been featured on CD's from several different artists.  He is now working on his second solo CD in the studio which should be ready by mid-summer.

Eric will continue to play, write and teach, where ever and when ever possible while actively seeking to have his original music heard.  The instrumental guitar selections heard here are just a sampling of Eric's many original works.
