Indieguitarists.com Agreement
Indieguitarists.com Rights.
Any recordings or music works , submitted in mp3 format by you shall be available for indieguitarists.com to use on a non-exclusive basis globally anywhere in this world, without any payment to you. Indieguitarists.com will be authorized to publicly perform, publicly display and digitally perform your mp3 songs in whole. You provide indieguitarists.com the right to waive any performance royalties on your mp3 songs, for play on the internet.
Ownership of Songs.
You retain exclusive rights of the mp3 songs while granting to indieguitarists.com the following non-exclusive rights: By signing this agreement you guarantee to indieguitarists.com that you are 18 yrs of age and the owner of exclusive rights of the mp3 songs being submitted, on the terms provided herein. You also guarantee that no permission is required from anyone else for indieguitarists.com to use the mp3 songs. You further guarantee to indieguitarists.com that the lyrics and recordings contained in the mp3 songs are original, that you are the sole creator and the songs are void of any "samples" from songs of others and do not infringe on the copyrights of anyone else. Lastly, you guarantee to indieguitarists.com that the songs in mp3 format, do not contain any "viruses" or any data which may corrupt or damage indieguitarists.com computer systems and data or that of our users. You shall be fully responsible for any breach of your agreements herein. You shall indemnify indieguitarists.com and our users from any damages, expenses, costs and any legal fees, surfacing out of or related to any breach by you of this agreement.
Disclaimer.
Submission of your material does not guarantee that your material will be used.
Indieguitarists.com shall not be responsible to you or anyone else for any problems, errors or cancellation of the indieguitarists.com services. Indieguitarists.com shall not be responsible for any downloads of your mp3 song from the indieguitarists.com website.
Cancellation.
You may cancel at any time by sending an email request to info@indieguitarists.com.
Cancellation of your songs from our system will proceed upon receipt of your email request.
